Candidate Honesty Policy and Agreement

At The International Career Counsellors Club, we are committed to maintaining a fair and accurate assessment process. To ensure the integrity of our evaluations, all candidates must complete tests and assessments honestly and in accordance with our policies.

Also, The International Career Counsellors Club processes candidates’ personal data on behalf of its customers as a data processor for talent evaluation purposes, subject to the respective customer’s privacy notice.

Honest Test-Taking Expectations

By using our platform, you agree to:

Represent yourself truthfully and complete assessments without external assistance.
Follow all test instructions as provided.
Refrain from any actions that could compromise assessment integrity.

Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification:

Providing false information or misrepresenting your identity.
Using unauthorized aids, artificial intelligence (AI), predictive input, or third-party assistance.
Sharing, distributing, or reproducing The International Career Counsellors Club’s test materials.
Retaking the same test multiple times for a single job application.
Any form of misconduct that undermines the fairness of assessments.

Unless explicitly instructed otherwise, candidates are not permitted to use automated tools such as AI-powered answer matching, text recognition, virtual assistants, or auto-generated responses.

Assessment Integrity and Anti-Cheating Measures

The International Career Counsellors Club employs various technologies and monitoring methods to detect dishonest test-taking, including:

Remote monitoring and proctoring techniques.
Plagiarism detection tools.
AI-driven fraud detection mechanisms.
Psychometric analysis to identify irregular test-taking patterns.
Specialized question designs to prevent dishonesty.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to adhere to this policy may result in:

Test invalidation or disqualification from assessments.
Restricted access to the The International Career Counsellors Club platform.
Notification to the employer who requested the assessment.
